Since 1988 the BBK Performance brand has been synonymous with bolt on performance for modern muscle cars and trucks since its beginning in 1988. In fact it was our founders Brian & Ken Murphy that designed and developed the first aftermarket air intake systems & performance throttle bodies for the then newly fuel injected 5.0L Mustang and TPI Camaro models. Back then nobody even knew what an air intake or throttle body was because people were just learning about these modern day fuel injected pony cars Detroit began producing. Fast forward to today and many enthusiasts have only grown up on computer controlled fuel injection with a vocabulary full of upgrade items such as throttle body, air intake & mass air meter and have never driven a carbureted equipped vehicle. It?s this early experience and years of research & development, along with millions of dedicated enthusiasts that have allowed the BBK brand to grow into the largest source of modern day performance products for today?s cars & trucks. Available in 85mm/90mm versions our New Power+Plus Series Hemi Throttle Bodies are manufactured from brand new CNC machined 356 Aluminum Housings that are fitted with the highest quality components and brand NEW Factory OEM Electronic throttle controls-making installation a true bolt on with no modifications. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Order Cancellations: Special order items are subject to order cancellation fees (2-5%). This includes engines, short blocks, and any items that require machine work.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days (excludes holidays).

Warranty
We do not offer warranty on parts not manufactured by "AMS Racing". We do carry a 1 year replacement warranty on all "AMS Racing" parts. This warranty is from manufacturer defect only and does not include any labor/part claims associated.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
